- Hypothyroidism - When your Levothyroxine or Thyroxine tablets are nearing the end of the year's repeat prescription, please book a "Thyroid Blood Test" appointment without seeing a doctor. Paramedics
We have Paramedics who work alongside our GPs and Nurses to diagnose and treat Minor illnesses. These clinicians are highly qualified and experienced and they provide in depth knowledge of a full range of Minor Illnesses.
Use of other clinicians such as Paramedics allows our GPs to spend their time on more complex issues.
Our Paramedics practice from the surgery and do not generally conduct home visits.

Childhood Developmental Assessments
At 6 weeks (GP), 8 months (health visitors) then optional developmental assessment at 2 years. You will be called for these.
