PALS is a free and confidential service that provides help when it is needed.

Members of the PALS team act independently when they are handling patient and family concerns/queries.  They liaise with staff, mamangers and, where appropriate the relevant organisations to negotiate immediate or prompt solutions. 

PALS can help you with:

• Advice and information
• Comments and suggestions 
• Compliments
• Informal complaints and advise with formal complaints
• Chasing Referrals and appointments

If the PALS team are unable to answer your questions, they will put you in contact with the relevant person or department who can assist you further.
